I was so disappointed when I didn't get my order as planned today. Made arrangements with "Alex". My order was confirmed and re-confirmed on the day needed , mind you the call always felt rushed as if it was a bother to be calling. Once the time came around. for the delivery to take place I got ignored not once but 4 times. I texted , I called , it went to voice mail and my call got rejected so I know they knew I was calling for an update. Yet I didn't get not even a courtesy call nor an explanation of any kind as to why my order was not delivered as planned or why it was canceled. I mean it was confirmed money on hand, why was I treated this way. Lucky me I guess. Needless to say my gathering went well eventhough I didn't show up with my order as planned which was PRETTY DAMN EMBARASSING!! To think I ordered from them all because I saw their post on TikTok with exceptional service and so on. Come to find out not only do they not provide good service but also poor judgement of character and poor communication. Hopefully next time you think twice before making the mistake of ignoring your customer. That's just plain out sloppy business.
Go somewhere else. They will not honor the prices from their website - they claim those prices were from 10 years ago. Dumb me, i agreed to pay "current prices" and requested the sodas that were supoosedly included in the family pack. Again "that was 10 years ago." Business must be pretty bad if they couldnt afford to spot me a liter of Coke as a token of appreciation for their error (it's not my fault their website is outdated). BTW, their current prices are listed on a tiny flyer pinned above the register. THE FOOD IS AVERAGE. Nothing to write home about. Obviously, the customer service sucked. You can find a better place
One of the best Pozole’s I’ve ever had. Loved how hole in the wall, authentic flavor it is. Staff is friendly. Everything is such a good price and I loved that they toasted my bread right as I ordered.
